Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging **Website Developers Pakistan** ("we," "our," or "us") for website design, coding development, eCommerce builds, or digital consulting services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing our service deliveries.

2. Project Scope & Change Orders

All engineering works are executed in strict alignment with a mutually agreed **Scope of Work (SOW)** or project outline document.

Any feature additions, architectural layout expansions, or modifications requested after the SOW is finalized and approved will be treated as a **Change Order** and may result in adjustments to the project cost and delivery timeline.

3. Payment Milestone Structures

To maintain structural transparency and engineering focus, our standard payment terms for all custom projects are organized as follows:

• Upfront Retainer: A **50% deposit** is due upon signing of the SOW before design or coding works commence.
• Final Milestone Balance: The remaining **50% balance** is due immediately upon client approval of the staging site build, prior to migration to production hosting or delivery of the final build assets.
• PKR / USD Billing Conversion: We accept payments in PKR bank transfers, Wise, USD wire transfers, and Stripe. Conversions are calculated based on the prevailing open-market rate at the invoice issuance date.

4. Client Responsibilities & Assets

Timely delivery relies on active client coordination. The Client agrees to provide all necessary logos, high-resolution media assets, catalog details, copywriting, and appropriate dashboard credentials required within agreed timeframes. Delay in asset provisions naturally pushes back project launch dates.

5. Intellectual Property Transfer

We take pride in writing bespoke, high-performance code.

All intellectual property rights, database structures, graphic assets, and custom source code written specifically for your project are fully **transferred to the Client** immediately upon **100% full final payment** of all outstanding invoices. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our design portfolio unless specifically covered by an NDA.

6. Delivery & Post-Launch Support

Upon project launch, we provide **30 days of complimentary technical support** to resolve any deployment issues, database bugs, or layout errors that deviate from the SOW. Post-launch support does not cover new feature integrations, major content overhauls, or database damages caused by unauthorized client file edits.

7. Limitation of Liability

We engineer websites to outstanding technical, accessibility, and speed performance standards. However, we are not liable for business revenue losses, server outages caused by third-party hosting partners (Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare, hostings), search engine ranking shifts, or payment gateway validation failures occurring beyond our direct code environment control.
